      • establish your nutrition-related goals.
    • 7 follow-up 30-minute calls
      • review what’s working and not working to ensure you are on the right journey that’s specific to you
      • tailor an individualized plan to help you meet your goals
  • email and text support to provide in-between nutrition guidance along your journey

  • goal-setting for the next phase to help keep you motivated
  • provide any helpful resources and tools to guide you between sessions if needed
