Does anyone besides me try to do something that’s helpful but then end up making things worse? 🤦‍♀️ #difficultytakingmaskoff

I get the challenges a lot when people are prescribed a low fiber diet. It’s supposed to be helpful in giving the gut a rest to heal, but a lot foods low in fiber may actually be causing more of a problem. 😬 I go over this in my new video as well as Healthy Parameters to help heal the gut when you need a break from fiber.
